- Sending us a list or a request does not create a binding service contract; it is a request for a quote.
- Quotes are based on the list and photos you send. If a job turns out to be different on site, we tell you and agree any change in price before continuing. Work proceeds only after you approve a written quote.
- You agree to provide accurate information and reasonable access to the property.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment using the link in your confirmation or by contacting us. We ask for reasonable notice so we can offer the slot to other customers.
4. Communications Consent
