Data Deletion Request
You have the right to request deletion of the personal information that HomeFix Miami holds about you. This page explains what we collect and how to ask us to delete it.
What data we may hold
If you contacted us or sent us a request, we may store the name, phone number, email, property address, and service details you provided. We do not sell your data.
About Instagram & Facebook
Our app publishes content to our own business profiles (our own accounts). It does not log you in, and it does not collect or store personal data from Instagram or Facebook users. To manage or delete data held by Meta, use your Instagram/Facebook account settings.
How to request deletion
Choose either option:
- Email us at hello@homefixmiami.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request," including the name and phone/email you used.
We will verify your identity and delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to keep certain records by law (for example, tax or insurance obligations).
